What happens after I choose a package?
Tell me about your business. We confirm suitability, deliverables, timing and any extras in writing. You receive payment instructions only once the scope and payment schedule are agreed.
What do I need to supply?
Your requirements and any existing branding or files. Website packages use text and images you supply and have permission to use. Content creation, photography and further design can be added to your quote. Keep passwords and confidential records out of your initial enquiry.
What does 12 months of website support cover?
From launch, it covers fixes to functionality delivered in your package and one small text/image update per month, up to 30 minutes. Time does not carry forward. New pages, new features, redesigns and third-party faults are separate. It is not a 24-hour support or uptime service.
Can I mix services rather than choose a package?
Absolutely. A website with headshots, a new brand with leaflets, or a register with promotional graphics: tell me what would help. I’ll set out the work and price together.
What if I just need a ready-made spreadsheet?
Visit the systems shop and buy through Etsy. Each listing explains the files, software requirements and setup instructions. Personalisation is separate unless included in the listing.
Are printing, hosting and subscriptions included?
Printing, domain registration, paid hosting and software subscriptions are separate unless explicitly included in your written quote. You will know about required costs before you proceed.
